Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Rafting Vjosa for your adventure. We strive to provide the best possible experience on the Vjosa River. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below before booking your tour.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

We require advance notice for cancellations to manage our guides and equipment effectively.

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time of the tour will receive a 100% full refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or on the day of the tour, are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by Rafting Vjosa (Weather & Safety)

Your safety is our top priority. Rafting and kayaking are outdoor activities heavily dependent on weather conditions and river water levels.

  • If we must cancel a tour due to unsafe weather, extreme water levels, or other unforeseen natural conditions, you will be notified as soon as possible.
  • In this event, you will have the option to reschedule your tour for a different date or receive a 100% full refund.

3. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

  • Tours begin promptly at the scheduled time (e.g., 10:00 or 14:00). We kindly ask that you arrive at our center or be ready at your pickup location on time.
  • If you arrive late and the group has already departed, or if you fail to show up for your booking (“No-Show”), no refunds will be issued.

4. Health and Conduct

  • Participants must follow the safety instructions provided by our professional guides at all times.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or who compromises the safety of the group. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
