1. More than 24 hours before the tour
Guests who cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. No questions asked!
2. Less than 24 hours before the tour
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable.
3. No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive at the agreed meeting point at the scheduled time, without prior notice, are considered no-shows and are not eligible for a refund.
Safety is our highest priority. We reserve the right to postpone, modify, or cancel a tour due to:
– Unsafe weather conditions
– High or low river levels
– Natural events affecting river safety
– Operational or safety concerns beyond our control
If a tour is cancelled by Rafting Vjosa, guests may choose between:
– A full refund, or
– Rescheduling the activity for another available date
Booking date changes requested more than 24 hours before the activity are subject to availability and can usually be accommodated at no additional cost.
Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour cannot be guaranteed.
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on the payment provider or bank, refunds may take several business days to appear in the customer’s account.
