Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before your departure for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, or no-show, no refund. If we cancel for weather or water levels, you choose a refund or another date.
Plans change; this is how cancellations work at Rafting Vjosa Albania. The same terms apply to rafting and kayaking bookings, whether you paid online or reserved to pay cash.
If you cancel
More than 24 hours before your departure time: full refund of the amount paid, to the card or PayPal account you used.
Less than 24 hours before: not refundable — your raft, guide and gear are already reserved.
No-show: if you do not arrive at the centre for your departure and have not told us, the booking is treated as a late cancellation and is not refunded.
If we cancel
We postpone, change or cancel departures when the river is too high or too low, when a storm is forecast, or for any safety reason. In that case you choose between a full refund and another date.
Changing a booking
Date or time changes asked for more than 24 hours before are free, subject to space. Requests inside 24 hours cannot be guaranteed.
How refunds are paid
To the original payment method. Once we issue it, banks and PayPal usually take 3–5 business days to show the money.

Yes, free of charge if you ask more than 24 hours before, subject to space on the new date. Inside 24 hours we will try, but cannot guarantee it.
Rain alone does not stop a trip. If the river is too high or a storm makes it unsafe, we cancel or move the departure and you choose a full refund or another date.
